I, too, love the pictures. I believe that our house at 2711 E. Glenoaks (corner of Ashburton) was built in 1925. It is possible that it is the house on the first picture (one entitled Ariel looking west) near the bottom right of the picture, but the picture isn’t clear enough to be sure. Does anyone else think so?

I have trouble figuring out where the picture entitled Eagle Rock overlook (the 8th picture) was taken. Where is Glenoaks Blvd. in the picture?

Excellent job on the new site. I wish more sites were layed out in an easy to use and friendly manner. We are inundated these days with offers to web sites but we should keep up on the news in our local area. Thanks for the good work.

Thanks Paul. Glad you like it. I found those photos on http://www.flickr.com. As far as I can tell, they were taken in 1927. I’ve been trying to figure out of the two houses in the photos are still around.
