According to the Glendale News Press, a Burbank man reported on Wednesday that his truck was burglurized in the 2800 block of E. Glenoaks Canyon. A golf club, watch, a pair of sunglasses, a backpack, and some perscription medication were taken.

On Tuesday, December 16 at 9:30am a tree will be planted in our canyon in memory and honor of Anne Ward. This was arranged through Glendale Beautiful. Anne Ward was a long time canyon resident and a dedicated GOCHA board member.

The donated Arbor Day tree is a 24 inch-box Ginkgo. A photographer will be available to take a picture. The tree will be planted at the Scholl Canyon Golf and Tennis Complex, near the tennis courts.
