I see that there is a for sale sign on the property… What is the latest? Has the developer decided to throw in the towel.

Will our homeowners association push to have the cities of Glendale and Los Angeles buy the land for “open space”… 27 acres.

Thank you Jerry ,for this information which sounds absolutely horrible.
I certainly hope it never comes to pass.
The noise alone from such an establishment would be impossible to endure.
I can hear freeway trucks at night from my house on Sleepy Hollow Terrace.
I can see no benefit to allowing any building on our ridge above the freeway.
The traffic on Harvey Drive is very slow and difficult even now.
Please continue to fight against this project .Thank you, Martha Roberts
